How can I apply a background color to slicer values in Power BI when hovering over them?

I am working with slicers in Power BI and would like to apply a background color to individual slicer values when hovering over them. Is there any way to achieve this effect using Power BI’s default settings or through custom formatting/expressions? If not directly possible, are there any workarounds to achieve a similar effect?

Have you tried Smart Filter by OKViz as suggested by rajendraongole1 ?

In my tests, Smart Filter by OKViz enables hover effects to be applied to Slicer values:

It is also possible to change the color of the mouse when hovering over the Slicer's value:

Hi @Vikashms19 - Unfortunately, Power BI does not natively allow applying custom background colors or hover effects to individual slicer values using its default settings. Ensure that any workaround doesn’t negatively affect report usability.

Use custom visuals from AppSource that allow more flexible styling.
Some visuals, like the Smart Filter by OKViz, allow additional styling and interactivity.
