How Do I control that the top 20 doesn't change when controlling the dates.

Hello! 

Here I have some trouble, I only know some basics things and something that I have learn from here when i needed to. 

My problem is this: 

I have a matrix that show the top 20 of the most value of scrap that compares the actual cost of scrap, yield and PPM on the month vs the average of the previous 3 months. This is how it looks (using October)

I verified the data and it's alright but when I want to select multiple months, for example October and September the top 20 change just maintaining some of real tops based on Scrap value. 

Can someone kwon If there something I need to change? 

PS. I don't know how to put the whole program here If that what somebody needs.
