Horizontal Row Total incorrect Matrix Table

Hi Experts

My Horizontal row totals are incorrect but the column totals for each column in the matrix are correct - cannot see the error in the dax

Measure

Total Consent =

VAR EndConsentdate = MAX('02 | Calendar'[day_date])

VAR StartConsentdate = MIN('02 | Calendar'[day_date])

VAR Result =

    CALCULATE(

            [Number of People with Consent],

            REMOVEFILTERS('02 | Calendar'),

It doesn't seem to be a problem, can you share your pbix file that doesn't contain sensitive data?
