Histogram with date

Dear All,

First message here, thank you for the support and the space.

I have a list of delivered units, with for each delivery the date, which is month-year (eg. 01-2016; 07-2017; ...) I would like to have an histogram with for each month (if possible from jan to december) the cumulated number of delivery.

I can change my inputs as needed, but so far cannot find the solution.

I need to identify on the x-axis what is the month+year. Doing it by changing the date into a number works but is not usufull as I lost the time information.

Hi @XavierSob,

You can refer to below steps if it suitable for your requirement:

Steps:

1. Add calculated column to convert month-year to date value.

DateValue = DATEVALUE([Date])

2. Use above column and 'Delivery' column to create visual.(drag month part of DateValue to axis, year part to legend, Delivery to value field.)
