Highlighting based on distinct values in a specific column for a PowerBI Table

Hello, I'm trying to create a table which has several rows which share a Name column, and to make things easier to read I'd like to set the highlighting of the table to be based on that shared name column, like alternating white and light grey for each set of shared names rather than each individual row. 

What's the best way to go about this?

@MQN , if you are using matrix then you can not do conditional formatting on row/columns field.

In table visual you can do conditional formatting using a color measure
