Hierarchy Level in Tree map

Hi ALL ,

Need this hierarchy level  as below mentioned screenshot and find the attached  pbix file .

Not very clear with the requirements.
I have modify the visuals interactions based on the text boxes via Format=>Edit Interaction.

Please the check the pbix.
