Passing filters in URL , when the report opens it shows filter panel in the right side. Please suggest any way to hide or disable the filter panel.

If you need to hide/lock the filter pane you must consider using RLS

Hello @Sabareeshwari ,
Before publishing it, close it in power bi desktop then publish thus it won't be open in service
and if you want to hide a certain filter to not show at all in service, you could hide it from here
