Hide slicer by default, only show to RLS

Hi - is it possible to hide a slicer by default and only show it if there is a certain RLS user?  I've set up the correct Manager Roles RLS but not sure how to get the default to work properly.  

Example: Slicer shows individuals names and selecting the name will show their data.  Only managers should be able to access this slicer though.  All other users should not see the slicer.

So far, to my knowledge, your needs could not be realizable.
