Hide row in Matrix without affecting total

Hello,

thought it is easy but didnt work 🙂

I want to hide some values without affecting the total.

In detail: Hide BA, BB, BC but keep the Total 36 and 42:

The Measure is something like CALCULATE ( SUM ( ) ... , LASTDATE ( ) ). 

I tried some DAX with ISINSCOPE but didnt work.

Hey @Pikachu-Power ,

you can check if column 2 is in scope with the ISINSCOPE function and return BLANK in that case and otherwise your measure.

The following approach should work, just replace the SUM at the end with your measure:

Measure No Details = 
IF (
    ISINSCOPE ( myTable[Col2] ) && MAX ( myTable[Col1] ) = "B",
    BLANK (),
    SUM ( myTable[Measure] )
)

Then the measure will give according results:
