HI @Anonymous,
Maybe you can consider to add more conditions to that formula:
Measure 2 = IF ( ISFILTERED ( 'Table'[Column] ), IF ( SELECTEDVALUE ( Table[Column] ) IN { 6 }, "Y", BLANK () ) )
Notice: you can add more items to {} to append filter range, use comma as separator.
Measure 2 = IF ( ISFILTERED ( 'Table'[Column] ), IF ( SELECTEDVALUE ( Table[Column] ) IN { 6,7,8 }, "Y", BLANK () ) )

HI @Anonymous,
You can try add a measure with if statement and isfiltered to check if fields has been filtered. Then drag above measure to visual level filter with 'is not blank' option.
Measure 2 = IF ( ISFILTERED('Table'[Person]), "Y", BLANK () )

Hi @Anonymous,

But my requirement is when i select 6 in the filter at that time only the chart need to populate. When i select 5 or 7 or anything apart from 6 it shouldn't populate.
