Hi All,
So I have a report with quite a few visuals. I need to disable all the Visual Filters in the entire report - EXCEPT for one table that needs to allow for Export.
I know that you can disable all the Visual Filters in the entire report just by doing it in Options. I was hoping there was a way to turn this off in Options BUT somehow choose to make a particular visual an exception and turn it back on for just that one. Is there any way to do this?
If not, I'd just have to go through the entire report turning it off visual by visual... Just hoping there was a better, less tedious way...
Thanks
Hi @GTS_ONE ,
Based on my research, it is not supported yet currently.
Perhaps you can submit the requirement to ideas and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas
It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
Best Regards,
Yingjie Li

Hi @GTS_ONE ,
I think you will have to individually go to different visuals and hide the visual filters as you want these to be visible on one of your table visual.
Thanks,
Pragati
@GTS_ONE - Are you referring to turning off the Filter icon that you do under the Visual header group of visualization properties?
Greg - Well I'm actually referring to turning off the entire Visual Filter altogether. I want to turn it off for all the visuals in the report EXCEPT for just one.
Yeah, that's an all or nothing in the settings to the best of my knowledge. You can't turn it off in the report properties but exempt a single visual.
Yes, unfortunately I think you've both confirmed my fears... oh well, looks like I just have a lot of clicking to do.
Thanks!
