I'm trying to plot salaries on a chart with lines for the min, median and max in power bi and was hoping for something like this:

this is the best I can do but it's not very clear:

Any advice?

This looks like the horizontal stacked bar chart with the dimension in the small multiples well. Small multiples will create the groupings of the bars.

hey, one suggestion. you can create a dashboard wireframe to communicate or align on visuals. simple tools like mokkup.ai should help you do so. give it a try
