Help with measure

Hi,

I am sure this is easy , however how do i write a measure to do the following:

If Account.4 from Table1 = Account Code in Table2 then show Grand Total (from Pivot) - Ending Balance from Table1

You may use SUMX and FILTER.

Please provide sample data of the tables involved,  the syntax for each measure and a snapshot of how your model is structured.

If you can provide a "test" PBIX then even better!
