Help with measure

Hello Community, I'm having troubles calculating a measure. This is my table. It can be filtered by Client (on the left) or month (on top):

I have a measure that calculates the column "Ttrabajadores activos" but the data is only available for the 17th of september, that's 956, it can be updated by client but not by date. So I'm trying to find a way to work my way backwards and forwards from that 17th of september when I know I have 956 active workers. It should look like this:

I'd be happy to send the data set, I'm struggling with this for so long... any help is appreciated.
