Help with line graph set up for counting time of types by month

I am wanting to set up a bar or line graph. 

I need to sumarize the average of a specific process time for each of 3 streams by month. and compare it with the sum of the  average of another process time for each of 3 streams by month. 

I can make two graphs if needed. I am having trouble because it keeps comparing the process stream in one bar, and the process time in another but I need time per stream. 

I hope this makes sense. 

Process A time (average), by steam 1, steam 2 and stream 3. Per month. 

Process B time (average), by stream 1, stream 2, and stream 3. Per month.

After thoroughly reviewing the details you provided, I was able to reproduce the scenario, and it worked on my end. I have used it as sample data on my end and successfully implemented it.
