How can i come up with a measure such that for package AC, Op No 6725, Equipment number 234800380,

if the planned time value is 0 or blank, count 0 and if there is value add 1.

sumx(Table, if([planned time] =0 || isblank([planned time] ) ,0,1)

if needed a new column

if([planned time] =0 || isblank([planned time] ) ,0,1)
