Hi,
Let's say I have a dataset with three columns as shown below. I want to be able to tell which of the projects were running on a specific date. For example. I'm being asked to show all projects that were active on February 7th, 2023. Which would be Project #1-2.
(For other dashboards I have created a line for each date that falls within the start and end dates. But, that won't work this time as I have too much data and the dashboard would exceed the 1GB limit with the additional lines.)
Thank you!
Project | Start Date | End Date |
1 | 2023-01-01 | 2023-02-28 |
2 | 2023-02-01 | 2023-04-30 |
3 | 2023-03-01 | 2023-05-31 |

Add 2 slicer visuals:
One for Start Date, set it up as an "After" type in the slicer settings, another one for End Date and set it up as "Before" type.
Then you can manually change the dates from both slicers.
