Help with conditional formatting

Hello,

I'd like to assign color green to any value less than 8 and color red to any value greater than 8.  But, my only choices for the rules are >, >= MIN and < or <= a number.  It doesn't let me change the signs or the MIN.  I can't figure out how to do it.

I believe it's the first line that needs to be removed.  Give the below a try:
