Help with chart for an Employee Leave Viewer

Chart for an Employee Leave Viewer 5 seconds ago Hi everyone, I am wondering how can I create a chart (assuming Gantt chart) that will resemble and work like this employee leave day viewer chart (I have attached) as close as possible and its properties in PowerBI. The red represents the days the employees were absent due to holidays, remote work, ect. The names would be under the name column and where the black is covering.

I know you can import Gantt chart visuals but I am wondering which one would suit this task best and how I would format so it behaves as close to this as possible:
