check if the DAX function LASTNONBLANKVALUE provides what you are looking for: https://dax.guide/lastnonblankvalue/
IF not, provide data that can be easily accessed, meaning not a screenshot. Also, be specific if the "month" column is a text column, or of type data. Do not forget to mention if your data will include more than one year.
