Hello!
I am struggling with how to represent a visual to show a rolling representation of the start and end of a process from Today.
I have a list of processes that have a start and end date assigned. I would want to show in any way possible a table or any kind of visualization where I had today (in the middle) and previous and post 4 days (these would be moving as today moves), and represent two things:
1. For every process, I woul like to show the number of days that coincide with the time 9 days time interval (today, 4 previous and 4 post). For example:
a) Today is 14/02/20
b) Start date was 10/04/20 (this is, 4 days before today)
c) End date is 16/02/20 (so, 2 days from today)
As such, the table will show marked in some way the period from -4 to +2. I have painted something of the sort in Excel:
I have the following data, also attached (Link to Excel File) :
| Process ID | Start of Process | End of Process | Start to/From Today | End to/from Today |
| 1 | 10/02/2020 | 16/02/2020 | -4 | 2 |
| 2 | 25/01/2020 | 01/02/2020 | -20 | -13 |
| 3 | 05/02/2020 | 13/02/2020 | -9 | -1 |
| 4 | 30/01/2020 | 05/02/2020 | -15 | -9 |
| 5 | 10/02/2020 | 19/02/2020 | -4 | 5 |
| 6 | 05/02/2020 | 11/02/2020 | -9 | -3 |
| 7 | 11/02/2020 | 19/02/2020 | -3 | 5 |
| 8 | 01/02/2020 | 09/02/2020 | -13 | -5 |
| 9 | 11/02/2020 | 20/02/2020 | -3 | 6 |
| 10 | 27/01/2020 | 06/02/2020 | -18 | -8 |
| 11 | 02/02/2020 | 12/02/2020 | -12 | -2 |
| 12 | 27/01/2020 | 02/02/2020 | -18 | -12 |
| 13 | 09/02/2020 | 19/02/2020 | -5 | 5 |
| 14 | 01/02/2020 | 06/02/2020 | -13 | -8 |
| 15 | 13/02/2020 | 23/02/2020 | -1 | 9 |
| 16 | 26/01/2020 | 01/02/2020 | -19 | -13 |
| 17 | 25/01/2020 | 31/01/2020 | -20 | -14 |
| 18 | 11/02/2020 | 20/02/2020 | -3 | 6 |
| 19 | 26/01/2020 | 02/02/2020 | -19 | -12 |
Do you have any idea on how I could represent something similar to what I (poorly, I'm afraid) explained?
I Thank you so much for your help!
Kind regards,
Rodrigo.

Hello @stretcharm ,
That was just what I was desperately looking for. And really grateful for the visual report, really handy!
And just awesome the text to Gannt! Thanks a lot!! You saved me.
No problem. Glad its useful.
I wrote it when I had a similar problem trying to do minute based gantts and the visuals didn't do what I needed
