Help with Measure

Hi guys, 

I am trying to create a measure which can count how many values in another column below a specific number. Any help would be greately appreciaated, Thank you

You can use countax（） function

e.g ：

measure = COUNTAX（FILTER（ALL（'TABLE 3'），[aaa]=SELECTEDVALUE（'Table 3'[aaa]）），[aaa]）

    CALCULATE(
        COUNT(YourTable[YourColumn]),
        YourTable[YourColumm] < 123
    )
