Help with Measure to exclude values assigned to the blank dates

Hi,

I am calculating the budget in relation to the dates. Some dates are blank but have values, which I don't want to show on my visual, it does not work well when I use the filter and it still appears in my cumulative values. Thus, I want to exclude them from my measure:

Budgeted value total for Plan to award =

CALCULATE(

    SUM('Procurement Tableau AO'[Budgeted value]),

    ALLSELECTED('Procurement Tableau AO'[Plan to award])

)

"Budgeted values" field contains the values and "Plan to award" field contains the dates.

How can I exclude the values assigned to to blank dates from my measure?

@Rytis , use budget measure as visual level filter , that will remove dates that do not have budget
