Hi folks,
I ask for your help to get the same or similar result I am looking for in Power bi.
As an example, I use the following table with information.
I want to emphasize that in the "Note" column there can be 2 or more values separated by commas.
The following image is the result that I would like to achieve with the handling of this data from the previous example and the matrix is drop-down with the +/- signs
For the average of the account [1], name [E.g1], note [B], the average would have to be 50%.
Where the average is calculated if the value in the "Status" column is 1 as positive.
I tried the example of account number 2 and I was able to get the results I expected, however when I moved to account 1 there are changes that I still can't achieve. I still can't land the logic that this implies.
I hope you can help me.
The [Count] column indicates how many times the value in the [Note] column is found.
In the first case for the account, there is only 1 element that satisfies Account:1,Name:Eg.1,Note = A
Compared to the condition Account:1, Name:Eg1,Note=B
There are 2 rows containing this letter.
The average is calculated depending on the color. The gray color is the general average.
In the case of orange color, it is the average for the Name section.
Finally the "Average" is calculated with respect to the total rows that satisfy certain conditions with respect to if the status is 1.
Account:1,Name:Eg1,Note:B = 2 rows found. Where one of them has status 0 and another with status 1
Still not sure of what you want but i have donw something. Download the PBI file from here.
Hope this helps.
Hi,
How have you arrived at the numbers in the Count column? Please give a better explanation. Show the % there as well.
