Help with Matrix/Measures

If I have 2 Measures, 

Measure 1 = 1,310

Measure 2 = 1,444

How do I make a table that looks like this?

Measure 1	1310
Measure 2	1444

If I try to visualize as a table it comes out as

Measure 1	Measure 2
1310	1444

If I try as a Matrix I can't add Rows or columns.  What am I missing?

There's a hidden setting under Values > Options to switch values to rows.
