Help with Dynamic Measure Selection in Detail Table in Power BI
Hi everyone,
I'm working on a Power BI report with contact center data (durations in seconds) including available hh:mm:ss, on queue hh:mm:ss, etc. I've created a detail table, but I'd like to make it more user-friendly.
I've created calculated columns using the following formula to convert seconds to HH:MM:SS format:
```
SUM AVAILABLE HH:MM:SS =
VAR __total_seconds = SUM(Sheet1[AVAILABLE])
VAR __hours = INT( __total_seconds / 3600 )
VAR __minutes = INT( MOD( __total_seconds, 3600) / 60 )
VAR __seconds = MOD( __total_seconds, 60 )
VAR __result = FORMAT ( __hours, "00" ) & ":" & FORMAT ( __minutes, "00" ) & ":" & FORMAT ( __seconds, "00" )
RETURN
IF(ISBLANK(__total_seconds), BLANK(), __result)
```
Goal:
I want users to be able to dynamically select which duration metrics (Available HH:MM:SS, On Queue HH:MM:SS , Break HH:MM:SS, Busy HH:MM:SS, Idle HH:MM:SS) they want to see displayed in the detail table. Ideally, this selection would be reflected when exporting the table to PDF or Excel.

Hi manoj_0911 ,
as attachment the pbix with your request.
The user will be able to choose the column with the measure that want.
If the user will not select a value the table will be with all the measure.
Mark as a solution if i help you to resolve your problem.Ciao
