I need to Conditionally format Total Sales againt the Upper Control which is a measure for whenver the total sales goes above the upper control. The Total Sales and Upper Control will vary based on which store is selected or if all stores are selected. Any idea how to do this as PBI will not allow conditional formatting of a measure when I try to do this via the Total Sales. ON the example below two of the months are above the upper control. I would like these sales highlighted.

@lennox25 You could do a background formatting based on Field value of the following measure:
CF Measure = IF( [Total Sales] > [Upper Control], "#FF0000", "#FFFFFF" )
