Help with Chart set up

Hey there,

I have a table set up (I think) with all the fields I intend to use and/or manipulate. Here's the screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/mshLX6c.png

For the Completions by Program, it keeps defaulting to doing a Count of Completions which is what's giving it the number of completions regardless of the value in that column (i.e. if there are 6 "Completed" records and 4 "In Progress" records, it shows a value of 10 Completions rather than 6 Completed, 4 In Progress).

I want it to instead show a bar chart that would show 6 Completed, 4 In Progress for a total of 10 rather than JUST the total, if that makes sense.

I tried looking up a tutorial on how to do this but nothing I found explained things simply enough. The videos you linked look like they may work, but that goes back into my previous statement about all the resources being TOO long/lengthy. The video you linked has so much context and other pieces that it's more confusing than helpful...

I'm going to be learning over time, and will definitely use the video you provided and the 3,000 page PBI Get Started PDF for help, but in this instance it's extremely frustrating to be stuck not being able to do something so simple without combing through literally hours of videos or hundreds of pages of text, y'know?
