Hello, i need some help from you. I am a beginner user of power bi trying to learn it. So i need to reproduce some charts from an excel file to power bi and i dont know how to make some measures ( i think) or some calculated columns for this task. So let me explain what is going on. In the first photo i made the plant scorecard from last photo(excel) in power bi and i made 2 slicers. One for status so i can see what month i want like in excel and another one to select what plant i want to see. All good until now. The problem is that the last column on chart( FC from forecast) is not calculated in power BI (there i have the database with every month and every plant. The data from forecast in excel is calculated for every plant and every month. So now i will need to do some measures or some calculated columns to calculate average forecast for every month until then. So if i select October i want to see every the average forecast calculated like total forecast divided by 12.

i can do it but i dont know how, the database has around 100 columns and 5000 rows.
in the last photo there are 2 plant scorecards, the first one represent the datas for a specific plant that i selected from slicer for every month until september and the last column which is FC(Forecast) is the average forecast per month so in the bottom scorecard it says total forecast for months jan-sep is 335 ( so the 28 is 335 divided by 12).
Also in the last scorecard for month feb and so on its calculated like these: feb=feb+jan, mar=mar+feb+jan, apr=apr+mar+feb+jan and so on
so the problem is that i need to calculate these columns in power bi and i dont know how, and for every single plant that i have its the same situation, so i cant do it manually because i have around 50 plants
