Hello everyone,
I hope someone here can help me with this.
I have a table which I want to display inside a matrix to get a view based on:
No problem at this point! But I get stuck when I try to include a column -somehow- to display the total average per row -the sum of the values divided by the number of months-.
This is as far as I got, since the matrix shows me the correct data, I don't want to see the average column in each month, I just need the total average per month:
Table data example:
Expected result in Power BI matrix:
Any ideas are greatly appreciated, thank you.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a way to get a TOTAL column in a matrix without also including that value in the Column Breakdowns.
IT ( and this is a BIG IF) your matrix is not expandable on Rows (meaning: the rows are always shown without Expand/Collapse buttons) you can create a second matrix to the right of the first, add only that one Value, and the same column(s) on the Rows, and have the first matrix cover the left hand side of the matrix on the right.
Not pretty, but it would work.

Thanks Todd, I included a second matrix and that works well. 😁
