Help regarding a scenario to be created in matrix table.

Hi All,

I have two tables with me where both of them are not a master table, and both of them have different granularity. One table is at user level and another one is at course level. The challange i am fasing right now is that, i cannot do a cross join in this case as my data volume is quite huge. I am stuck with DAX logic on how to display "Not Assigned" values as they do not have any Association.
