try a measure

Measure =
CALCULATE(
DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[Column A]),'Table'[Column B] >= 3
)

Thanks for the solution.

There is an additional question that arised when I started using the DAX you suggested. Can the count be done on two where conditions? i.e. count number of records from Column A where column B value is >=3 and column C value ='Yes'?  Is there a way I can add  or condition as well?

Thanks,

Shelly
