Hello,
I am trying to create a calculated column that will calculate and hold 'no months employed', taking the month a sales person was hired from the sales month - can you advise me please
| Sales Person | Hired Month | Sales Month | Revenue | No Months employed |
| John | Nov-22 | Jul-23 | $50,158 | 8 |
| Mary | Feb-23 | Jul-23 | $28,800 | 4 |
| Peter | May-23 | Jul-23 | $0 | 2 |
Hi @SuzanneSte ,
Please try this.
No Months Employed New = DATEDIFF([Hired Month],[Sales Month ],MONTH)
