Is there any way to show the Column as vertical ?

Not possible from the visual settings. Try as what@xifeng_L has suggested

You can try this solution:
Step1. Use a calculated column to add a vertical column header field, concatenating a line break within each character.
Step2. Use the vertical column header field as the column label of the matrix, and turn on text wrapping in the column header settings.
