Help in paginated report expression ?

Hi All,

I have report with Claim Start and Claim End as parameter.

How I can calculate Project To Date Claim Total accordingly ?

Expression is Fields!TotalCost.Value * 1.15 .

The requirement is calculate Fields!TotalCost.Value * 1.15 with ClaimEnd until 17/09/2024
