Will attache a link for a sample file (1 country / delivery).
So I have table1 (delivery data) that is the main file in which I have Country, Delivery, Material, Q of material.
From table 2 (ifu data) I want to get the ifu/addedum (raw) material that goes with the material from table 1
Then last I have table 3 which holds the inventory of the raw material from table 2.
Thought it would a good idea to make a connection thru a material master so that is my 0 table.
The outcome I am looking for could look like this :
But somehow connecting the tables on material doesn't do the trick of getting the correct quantities in.
Below the link to the sample file:
Taken out because of newer link in latest post
Ah...you are right @audreygerred .
These are all samples so in the original the master is much longer and contains the material.
Also did not know for sure if a master material would be necessary.
This is the way I see it :
1)
A material from the base table.
Gets looked up in second label to find which ifu/addendum belongs to it:
2)
So now the PPL is found and in step 3 we look up what quantity of inventory we have :
3)
But yes the master material file needs to be bigger.
I adjusted this now.

This appears to be harder then I thought.
Or can my attachement not be opened?
If so please let me know.
Hello! It looks the the material numbers in your material master do not match the material numbers in your delivery table (I manually looked a few up from delivery and did not find them in master):
MASTER:
DELIVERY:
Everything in master begins PPL, but in delivery it begins P. Ditto for the IFU table, but that one at least has the addendum colum where the PPL is present. For the join to work, the fields need to match.
