Conditional fromatting based on the value of a measure

Dear All,

Could you please help me how to format a field based on the value of a measure?

I have a simple KPI table, which has Passed% & KPI target % columns (both of them are measures!).

I would like to highlight with red font color those passed% values which are below the expected KPI target% (in this example Medium & Complex)

Thanks for your help in advance!

- fore color : ON and click on Fx

- in the wizard you define "Rules" as per below screen and it allosw you to configure the formatting
