It is possible to create above visual where we have distribtion as per month and year

@jkhan , With year and month on axis. you should have that. Expand till month level. If needed use concatenate label in format.

Make sure Month sort on month no

Month = FORMAT([Date],"MMM")
Month No = FORMAT([Date],"MM") //month sorted on this column
