Help getting GA data from Desktop to App

Hi everyone,

I'm testing out BI and I'm having a lot of trouble getting the GA data from the desktop program and publishing it to the online app.

I thought this could be due to the large number of GA rows that are pulled when you import from GA since it pulls data from the day that you set up your GA monitoring.

Another reason I thought that this issue could exist is due to me creating a relationship between the GA data and another set of data that I've imported from an Excel spreadsheet. I haven't been able to find anything about creating relationships between data sets in the online app (everything that comes up is for desktop) so I thought that this could also be the issue.

Any insight to the problem would be very valuable!

Cheers!

Are you getting error messages? Time outs? How big is your file? Are you on a corporate or home network?

Hi guys, I've got it working. I'm not really sure what happened, but I'm now able to publish it!

Hi, I'm not getting any messages. It just has the spinning circle and I left it for over 1.5 hours but it was still there.

My original excel file was less than .5mb but for GA I'm not sure how much data was there.

I'm on a home network.

Thanks!
