Help! Why no refresh?

Hello all! 

I have created a scorecard in Power BI online. 

I have also created my report in the desktop app. Everything is working and connecting for the most part. 

however! Once I connect, it will not automatically refresh my scorecard values nor will it on the manual refresh. My report and semantic Model are updating but not the scorecard. Why? 

I have to keep editing my data connection and reconnecting to said report. Why? I am using the pro license. Is this why? Please any help will be much appreciated!

As per your description, you have created a scorecard on power bi service,but this scorecard is not refreshed with the change in dataset. You mentioned that your reports and datasets are refreshing properly, so you may only be putting a single visualization pin to the dashboard, which will only retain the last state before your visualization pin. If you want to make dynamic changes, you can first try pinning the entire page to the dashboard.

If you're just pinning a single visualization pin to the dashboard, you can synchronize the changes with the refresh button in the upper right corner.
