Help Transforming a table

Hi everyone,

I am new to Power Bi and I am struggling with the following:

I have a table with two columns External ID and Detailed Products, then I insert a calculated column for each product.

Is there a way to create a new table that would look like the one below?

check the pivot/unpivot options in the query editor
