Help Needed, calculate columns based on two dates

i would like to create to columns (latest forecasting & latest qty) based on the column delivery date, forecasting date and qty.

Do you have another column that you aren't showing that ties the top three rows together, that has a different value that ties the bottom three rows together?

I do have a material number as well. But in most cases there are different delivery dates for one and the same material number as well.

Let me clarify.
