Help! How to plot average resolution time to graph

Hi all! I need help in plotting our ticket's average resolution time to graph. I am grateful for any ideas on how to execute it properly. First of all, I already have the prerequisites such as calendar and time table. What I need guidance for is to properly visualize it, or  step-by-step queries needed inside the graph.

This is what I want to achieve: 

And here's a glimpse of my current dataset:

The average resolution time column is already in minutes and I have the week columns indicating the particular week number in a month.
