Help General Question
Hi POWER_MI
I try to export the table visual you show to me.
However we can't export the values directly by the visual you show to me.
I build a new table visual and filter it by the rows(Measure) you show to me. When I select 3 ( row "To do 1"/"OP1"/status "KO" ), visual2 will be filtered by Action and Status, so it shows the result: Status = KO.
Even I select 3 ( row "To do 1"/"OP1"/status "OK" ), it will only show the aggregation result.(Only one row)
Currently, you may not be able to export the result like your screenshot.
Power BI will aggregate the same rows and show one row in table visual.
To achieve your goal, I add an index column in data model(Power Query Editor - Add column- index) and build a new table visual to filter visual 2.
New Table:
New visual:
In this visual, select 3( row "To do 1"/"OP1"/status "OK" ) ,and export visual 2.
We can't filter Status OK by select Status = KO in other visuals.

Hi Rico
thanks for this answer. Can you please explaine how you add Index on power BI.
Also i have another question is it possible to send this excel file exported with email directly ?
Not .csv but excel file
to explain more
the table explained is activity to do by some member of team and actions
so the action which is KO we will export them and send it to person to work
is it possible to make it automatiquly export excel ( all rows KO) and send it by mail ?
thanks

Hi POWER_MI
You may refer to this blog to add an index column in your data model.
(Click Transform data in Home Tab —— Index column in Add column Tab)
Blog: Add an Index Column
If you want an automate workflow in export and send email to specify team or user, you may try Power Automate.
Here is the app : Power Automate

Good morning Rico,
Thanks a lot for your answer. I have seen that Power automate can do this but the mistakes that it's not free.
Big probleme because it will payed for all mail to send.
Also for excel export are there any script to write to this automatiquely ?
Means that on the power BI we will select the rows needed and will be sent automatiquely?
thanks

Hi POWER_MI
Without Power automate, I think you may try RLS to set a limit on the report to show teammates the values you want them see and share the report to them and they can export in Excel by themselves.
Here are some Blogs.
