Help General Question

Hi 

I have somes questions about Power BI

I need to know for example when you will have KPI results on table 

for example KPI row project 

Red color 15 row on results 

...on the report of dashboard 

is it possible to export 15 row on excel.

Also i have customers asking about power BI licence :

I need to know if i will have 1 account developper licence and there will be 150 users just to consult all report without change or update.

How many licences to ask ?

i understood on microsfot web site it's 150 ??

Also are there some tools on power bi to send email with report excel " means for example 

for engener having 14 row KPI red 

power bi will export the

    Hi POWER_MI 

    You can't export 15 row in Red Color in Kpi visuals.

    You may refer to this blog for export data from dashboard or reports.

    Do you have Premium lincense? If you have Premium lincense you can share your pbix file to free users.

    You may refer to the link below to calculate a more reasonable way to buy pro and premium for 150 users.

    And if your want to power bi to send an email you may try subscribe function or alerts function.

      thanks a lot for this answer.

      You need to say that it's impossible to :

      for example if you have KPI red color

      your click on this one and export this red KPI on excek file ?

      are there other solution to do it ?

    Hi POWER_MI 

    I think you build a table visual and flag some values in red. Now you want to export the Rows in Red in Excel.

    You can't export only red directly, but you can use filter function.

    I build a sample to have a test. In my test, I make values <100 in Red.

    Now set Filters  value column: 

    Then you export Summarized data in Excel.

      Hi Rico,

      thanks a lot for answer.

      The asking is for example in your table when you have KPI

      USER : I

      Value: 60

      is it possible to example just the value 60 of this windows User I and value 60.

      it's very special

        Hi POWER_MI 

        My origanal Table is as below.

        If you only want to see User =1 and Value = 60, you may use filter.

        User column show values = I , Value column show values = 60.(If you have multipy USER = 60 and multipy Value =60)
