Help!!! Error to start PowerBI file

Hola, tengo este error cuando intento iniciar un archivo powerbi.

 Intento reiniciar de pc, desinstalar powerbi, desinstalar la puerta de enlace, reinstalar todo. 

Por favor necesito trabajar con powerbi !! ¡es muy importante!

Y si no está allí, entonces podrías publicarlo.

Si tienes una cuenta Pro, puedes intentar abrir un ticket de soporte. Si tienes una cuenta Pro es gratis. Ve a https://support.powerbi.com. Desplázate hacia abajo y haz clic en "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

Si alguna vez lo publicó en el Servicio, tal vez pueda descargarlo desde allí. También he visto personas tratar de utilizar una herramienta de reparación zip copiando el archivo y renombrando de .pbix a .zip y luego ejecutando una reparación.
