Since the columns Data Inicio & Data Fim contain datetime values, you should be able to reference them instead to get the expected difference in seconds:
Tempo =
DATEDIFF ( 'f-_PRINCIPAL'[Data Inicio], 'f-_PRINCIPAL'[Data Fim], SECOND )
