Help: 4 Variable Conditional Formatting Advance Card

I'm looking to add 4 conditions into the Advance Card visual that would allow me to visualize Green/Red based on the value used in the Condition field.

To keep things simple, I created a simplified example in the screenshot below. The Advance Card visual is setup to be (1) People # in the Data field, and (2) Difference CT Measure into the Condition field. Therefore, the Conditional Formatting is being done on the Difference CT Measure.

The Difference CT Measure = ( 'Time'[Normal People] ) - ('People'[People #]). For the example below, the Normal People is 30 and the People # is 25. The Difference CT Measure = 5. 

Here's where I need help. I want the Conditions field of the Advance Card to do:

1) Any Difference CT value between 3 to -3 = Green

2) Any Difference CT value more than 3 = Red

3) Any Difference CT value less than -3 = Red

Thus, the Advance Card visual in my screenshot should be Red because the Difference CT Measure is 5 and any value more than 3 should be Red.

Any help would be much appreciated! As I'm a new user, I am not able to upload a PBIX unfortunately, but hopefully the screenshots below are helpful.

Quick question: why didn't you use the native special card in Power BI? It seems that the conditions setup in the third-party Advance Card may not support between conditions, such as "greater than 0 and less than 5."
