Suggestion remains the same as we do not have the visibility to your data-model.

Either simplify the query or its calculations, or if using Power BI Premium you may reach out to your capacity administrator to see if they can increase the per-query memory limit

See if you can optimize the query or above or limit the data that you have in your data-set table

There can be multiple reasons to it from big data to poor data model etc
