Hello guys,
I have the following heat map showing the weekly distribution of tickets by day. This visualization is filtered by month and year.
The issue I’m encountering is that when I select January, it correctly displays the 5 weeks of that month, but when I select February or another month, it shows weeks from both January and February.
January
February
March
Displayed data:
Columns: Days of the week
Rows: Weeks of the year
Cells/Values: Total tickets
Does anyone know the reason for this behavior?
Thank you so much,
